Corporate plan
Our Corporate plan sets out our priorities for 2011-2015, the resources that we will allocate to them and the measures we will use to manage and report on our performance. In developing this plan, we have taken as our guiding principles the priorities set by the UK and Welsh governments, and the funds allocated to carry out these priorities. The ambitions we set out in Creating a better place 2010-2015 remain at the heart of our plans and work for the future.
Wales operational plan
Our Operational Plan 2010-11 sets out how we intend to progress our actions in our remit letter and our Wales Corporate Plan, Working together for a better environment 2010-2015. If you would like a copy please email the Wales Corporate Planning team.
Corporate scorecard
Our Corporate scorecard shows a high level overview of our performance across the business. It is based on 21 measures which cover the five themes in our Corporate Plan. The scorecard is reported every quarter.
Targets are set for each of these measures for the next four years - the lifetime of our Corporate plan. For each measure, we show how we’re currently performing and whether or not we’re on track to achieve our target performance by the end of the year. Each measure has a more detailed 'insight report' that tells the story of how we’re performing as well as showing trends and future forecasts.
The Corporate scorecard has been updated to show the performance from the first quarter (April to June 2012) so you can see how we’re performing in delivering our key environmental and business outcomes.
