Understanding customers' views – quantitative research into customers' priorities for the Water Industry Stakeholder Steering Group

Eight stakeholders* representing customers, regulators, water and sewerage companies and government published the report, 'Understanding customers' views – PR09 Quantitative Research into Customers' Priorities'. The report explores bill payers' views of draft plans for water and sewerage services in England and Wales. This is part of the Ofwat 2009 price review covering the period 2010-15.
