New regulations were introduced on 6 April 2010 which changed the waste exemption system.
The old exemptions will be replaced with a completely new list of exempt activities. For more details please see the following page:
If you hold exemptions for agricultural waste registered with us before 5 April 2010, you will have until 1 October 2013 to move them into the new system. Throughout this period, you will still need to comply with the limits and conditions of the exemptions which you hold under the old system.
