The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme recognises the need to actively engage with our customers and other key organisations we work with.
This helps us to understand their issues and enables us to make continuous improvements to the way we administer the Scheme and communicate information. The Operations Liaison Group (OLG) provides a forum for reviewing operational improvement opportunities and discussing the needs for future information and communications.
The OLG consists of representatives from up to 20 organisations who are all full scheme participants. These organisations are spread across a range of different business sectors from the private and public sector. You can download a list of the current OLG members by clicking on the link below:

The OLG meets on a quarterly basis at various locations across the country. Items discussed vary depending on the timing of the CRC cycle and issues that the OLG group would like to explore. Further information and meeting minutes are available on request.
