This regulatory position statement is to clarify how CRC participants can comply with their 2011/12 allowance surrender obligation.

List of registered paricipants

We have published a list of registered participants for the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme. This will be updated on a regular basis.

The information comes from the data inputted into the CRC Registry by the registrants and is published in line with the requirements of the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Acts: 

For the introductory phase of the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme organisations needed to make an information disclosure if they used less the 6,000MWh. This is no longer the case for future phases. Below is a list of information declarers who have registered with us for the introductory phase of the CRC:
