Apply for a permit

All the forms you need to apply for a permit are included here as well as lots of other relevant information.

To apply for your permit you must send us the following forms:

  • ETS1
  • ETS 2.2 Monitoring plan
These forms are no longer available for download. We have moved to using of an online system called ETSWAP for the submission of these forms, which can be accessed via the following link:
