Evidence packs

All participants must complete an evidence pack.

The evidence pack is the collection of records that you have complied for CRC that will enable us (the relevant administrator) to audit you. The records you keep must be up-to-date, accurate and easy to understand.

To make sure that the scheme is transparent and fair, we will audit you. The audit may be desk-based or take the form of a site visit, or both.

All participant organisations can expect to be audited at least once in each phase. If we select you for audit you will need to help us by giving us your evidence pack, or sections of it, when we ask you for it.
