Electricity generation

The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC) will include organisations that both consume and generate electricity.

This guidance document will help those organisations that generate electricity from renewable or non-renewable sources, to understand how that electricity generation is accounted for as part of the CRC. It will also explain the links with other climate change mitigation measures, such as the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), Climate Change Agreements (CCA) and renewables incentives.
