Residual measurement lists

You will need to compile a residual measurement list (RML) as part of your footprint report if your regulated emissions do not meet the residual percentage

Your regulated emissions are made up of all your:

  • Core CRC emissions;
  • EU emissions Trading System (EU ETS) emissions;
  • Emissions covered by Climate Change Agreements (CCA).

You may need to update your RML or create a new one under certain circumstances, where your organisation undergoes structural change during a phase of CRC.
