Tailored report formats

Our sophisticated information management system gives us the flexibility to supply detailed reports in a number of different formats. We also know that emergency situations often mean information needs to be processed quickly – our emergency response service ensures that your needs are met.

Free courier service

We also supply you with labelled sample bottles, as well as offering a free courier service from certain Environment Agency offices. This service transports samples in refrigerated vans to our laboratories.
