Big Waterways Clean Up 2012

A campaign to clean up our waterways in time for the the London 2012 Olympic Games.

What is the Big Waterways Clean Up?

The Big Waterways Clean Up is a partnership campaign to improve east London’s waterways before the Olympic Games start in July 2012.

The campaign is being led by Thames21 with support from the Environment Agency.

We want people to get involved in this mass volunteer-led initiative to clean up east London's waterways. We want to help create a better place for Londoners and give them better neighbourhoods to enjoy long after the 2012 Olympic Games.
