Recycling and reprocessing PPGs

The Environment Agency, Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and SEPA have produced a range of UK-wide Pollution Prevention Guidelines (PPGs). Each PPG is targeted at a particular industrial sector or activity and aims to provide advice on legal responsibilities and good environmental practice.

The PPGs listed below are those that are likely to be of most interest to waste recycling and reprocessing businesses.
