Our consultation on the H4 Odour Management guidance has now closed (closing on 13 October 2009).
The Environment Agency regulates odour under the Environmental Permitting Regulations.
The guidance has been revised from the October 2002 version of H4 Odour Guidance which focused on activities under the Pollution and Prevention Control (PPC) Regulations. The guidance is aimed at the regulated community, but will also be of interest to our staff and other stakeholders.
